Educational tool, not advice
The rajul.org Retirement Planner is an educational planning tool. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or insurance advice, and using it does not create an advisory or client relationship. Results are estimates based on your inputs and on assumptions that will differ from what actually happens. Taxes are not modeled yet. Talk to a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
Access
Anyone may use guest mode. Saving plans to an account is by invitation only, and an invitation can be withdrawn at any time. Keep your sign-in to yourself and do not share your account.
Your information
You are responsible for what you enter. Do not enter Social Security numbers, account numbers or passwords. How saved plans are handled is described in the Privacy page.
No warranty
The planner is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Rules and figures it uses (for example required-minimum-distribution tables and Social Security ages) may be out of date or incomplete; they are marked where they have not been verified. The site may change, pause or stop at any time, so keep your own copy of anything important using Export.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site owner is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the planner or reliance on its results.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version.
